THE WAY WE WORK
Our clients are able to view the collection by appointment at our showroom in London. If you would like to see your chosen pieces in situ, we can arrange this and if you place an order, it is a free service, however if you don’t go ahead, there will be a small charge. When you place an order, you are required to pay 100 per cent upfront and the lead time is generally 6-8 weeks providing that your chosen fabric is in stock.
We offer a free fabric consultation service in our showroom by appointment and you are welcome to browse through our extensive range of upholstery fabric books. You can also discuss other details like your chosen wood finish and we will show you different samples. When you have chosen a suitable fabric under our guidance, we will handle the ordering process. If you are an Interior Designer who is working on behalf of a client, we will assume that you will order your client’s chosen fabric through your own accounts.
With regards to delivery, we will arrange this and the charges will vary according to the site location.
Some of our Antiques will be on view in our showroom and at your request we can bring anything to the showroom that you have seen on our website. If you would like to see an item in situ, the same terms apply that if you take the piece we will wave the delivery charge and if it doesn’t work, we will charge an approval fee. If you buy off our website or the item is coming from our showroom, the normal delivery charges will apply.
